By accessing or using ShadowAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShadowAI.
ShadowAI is a professional, subscription-based AI intelligence platform providing market analysis, data processing, and automation tools. All services are delivered on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from AI-generated content.
All payments are accepted exclusively in USDT (TRC-20). Subscription tiers, token allocations, and pricing are displayed on the Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ShadowAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions related to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShadowAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the Platform dashboard or registered email.
