Payment Issues
If your USDT deposit is not confirmed within 15 minutes, send the TX hash and your username via Jabber. Do not send private keys or wallet seed phrases.
Account Access
If you are locked out, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. For tier upgrades or token discrepancies, contact Jabber support with your user ID.
Bug Reports
Found an issue? Include steps to reproduce, your browser/OS, and a screenshot if applicable. Critical vulnerabilities may be eligible for token rewards.
